CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF Feb. 1ST

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 1% in January  over December  and up 14% from January of last year.      Properties in escrow are also up 1% from last month and up 17% from January  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 8% from December and also up 8% from January of last year.
