Sales of all North County real estate types were up 12% in March over February and up 6% from March of last year. The first quarter of this year is up 2% from the first 3 months of last year. Properties in escrow are up 7% from last month and down 1% from March of last year.
Active listings on the market are up 4% from February and down 7% from March of last year.
