Sales of all North County real estate types were exactly the same in November from October and down 13% from November of last year. The first 11 months of this year are up 3 % in sales over last year.
Properties in escrow are down 12% from last month and up 28 % from November of 2015.
Active listings on the market were down 13% from October and up 5% from November of last year.
