CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF DECEMBER 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were down 12 % in November from October and up 15% from November of last year.

Properties in escrow are up 7% from last month and up 11% from November of 2018.

Active listings on the market were down 7% from October and also down 7% from November of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - As of November 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 4% in October from September   and up 13%  over October of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st 10 months of this year are up 2% over the 1st 10 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down  12% from last month and up 18% from October of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were down 7 % from September and down 1% from October of last year.

SEPTEMBER 2019 NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all  North County real estate  were down 7% in September over August and up 17%  from September of  last year.   The first 9 months of this year are down 4% in sales from the same time last year.    Properties in escrow are down 4% from August  but up 34 % from September of 2018.   Active listings on the market are down 3% from August and up 5% from September of last year. 

AUGUST 2019 NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all North County real estate  were down 9% in August over July and down 11%  from August of  last year.   The first 8 months of this year are down 6% in sales from the same time last year.    Properties in escrow are up  9% from July but and also up 16 % from August of 2018.   Active listings on the market are down 2% from July and up 5% from August of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate  were down 1 % in June  over May  and up 7%  from June of  last year.   The first 6 months of this year are down 19% in sales from the same time last year.    Properties in escrow were down 12% from May  but up 3 % from June of 2018.   Active listings on the market are up 3% from May and up 9% from June of last year. 

May 2019 NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all North County real estate  were up 32 % in May over April  and up 11%  from May of  last year.    Properties in escrow are down 4% from April  but also up 4 % from May of 2018.   Active listings on the market are up 4% from April and up 11 % from May of last year.

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF MAY  1st, 2019- 

Sales of all North County real estate types were up  3% in April  over March and down 6%  from April  of last year.     The first 4 months of this year were down 17% over the 1st 4 months of last year.   Properties in escrow are up 25% from last month and up 24 % from April of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are down 1% from last month and up 7% from April of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 30% in March over February and down 20%  from March of last year.     The first 3 months of this year were also down 20% over the 1st 3 months of last year Properties in escrow are up 12 % from last month and up 34 % from Marchof last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 7% from February and up 11% from March of last year.  

FEBRUARY 2019 NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all North County real estate  were up 16% in February from January  and down 7%  from February of  last year.    Properties in escrow are up 4% from January   but also up  20% from February of 2018.   Active listings on the market are up 3% from January and up 5 % from January of last year.  

JANUARY 2019 NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all North County real estate  were down 23% in January from last month  and down 35%  from January of  last year.   However,  Properties in escrow are up 23% from December  but also down 15% from January of 2018.   Active listings on the market are up 1% from December and down 2% from January of last year.  

YEAR END NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF JANUARY 1st, 2019

Sales of all North County real estate types were down 6 % in December over November and down 28%  from December  of last year.   Total  sales for 2019 were down 9%  from 2018 totals.     Properties in escrow are  down 20% from last month and down 7% from December  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are down 12% from November and up 6% from December of last year.
