NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of November 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 5% in October from September  and up 2%  over October of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  10 months of this year are up 10% over the 1st 10 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 21% from last month and down  45% from October of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were down 4 % from September and down  4 % from October of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of October 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 4% in September over August and down 23%  over September of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  9 months of this year are up 9% over the 1st 9 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are up 11% from last month and up 5% from September of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  up 1/10 of 1 % from August and up 15 % from September of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of September 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 8% in August  over July and down 9%  over August of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  8 months of this year are up 11% over the 1st 8 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 3% from last month and down 41% from August of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  down 3% from July and up 8 % from August of last year.  

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS -

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 12% in July  over June and down 10%  over July of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  7 months of this year are up 13% over the 1st 7 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 20% from last month and down 45% from July  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  up 3% from June and up 11% from July of last year.  

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - 7/1/17-

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 4% in June over May and down 8% over June of last year. Closed escrows for the 1st 6 months of this year are up 16% over the 1st 6 months of last year. Properties in escrow are down 1% from last month and down 29 % from June of last year.
Active listings on the market were up 6% from May and up 9% from June of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up  23% in May  over April and up 15%  over May  of last year.     The first 5 months of this year were up 22% over the 1st 5 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are up 13 % from last month and down 19 % from May  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 5 % from April  and up 2% from May of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF MAY 1ST

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 33% in April over March and up 18%  over April of last year.     The first 4 months of this year are up 23% over the 1st 4 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 12 % from last month and down 24 % from April of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 4 % from March  and up 5% from April of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF APRIL 1ST

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 39% in March over February and up 36%  over March of last year.     The first 3 months of this year are up 35% over the 1st 3 months of last year Properties in escrow are up 54 % from last month and up 53 % from March  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 20 % from February  and up 2% from march of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 18% in February  over  January  but up 17% from February of last year.      Properties in escrow are up 22% from last month and up 11% from February  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are down 16% from January and also down  15% from February of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 1% in January  over December  and up 14% from January of last year.      Properties in escrow are also up 1% from last month and up 17% from January  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 8% from December and also up 8% from January of last year.  

YEAR END NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Sales of all North County real estate  was up 2% in 2016 over 2015.  Sales in the month of December were down 17% from December of  2015.     Properties in escrow are down 4% from last month and up 12% from December of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are down 10% from November and up 9% from December of last year.
