Sales of all North County real estate types were up 35% in March over February and down 9% from March of last year. The first 3 months of this year were down 3% over the 1st 3 months of last year Properties in escrow are down 5 % from last month and down 38 % from March of last year.
Active listings on the market are up 2% from February and up 19% from February of last year.
