Sales of all North County real estate types were down 14% in April over March and up 1% from April of last year. The first 4 months of this year were down 5 % over the 1st 4 months of last year Properties in escrow are up 65 % from last month and down 10 % from April of last year.
Active listings on the market are up 4% from March and down 1% from April of last year.
