Sales of all North County real estate types were up 14% in June over May and up 5% from June of last year. The first 6 months of this year are down 3 % in sales for the same time frame last year. Properties in escrow are down 12% from last month and down 1% from June of 2017. Active listings on the market are up 2% from May and down 4% from the same time last year.
