Sales of all North County real estate types were down 9 % in October from September and down 13% from October of last year. The first 10 months of this year are up 2% in sales over last year. 
Properties in escrow are up 33% from last month and up 19 % from October of 2015. 
Active listings on the market were up 13% from September and up 9% from October of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 12 % in September over August  but up 2% from September of last year.   The first 9 months of this year are up 4% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow are down 36% from last month and down 32 % from September  of 2015. 

   Active listings on the market were down 7% from August  and down 10% from September of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 7% in August over July and also  7% from  August of last year.   The first 8  months of this year are up 8% from the first 8 months of last year.    Properties in escrow are down 10% from last month but up 15% from August of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were down  4% from July  and down 5% from August of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 21% in July over June and also down 21% from  July of last year.   The first 7 months of this year are up 3% from the first 7 months of last year.    Properties in escrow are up 4% from last month and up 18% from July of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were up 4% from July  and down 1% from July of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 25% in June over May and up 26% over June of last year. The first 6 months of this year are up 8% from the first 6 months of last year. Properties in escrow are down 4% from last month and up 2% from June of last year.

Active listings on the market were up 2% from May and down 2% from May of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 2% in May  over April and the same exact number as May of last year.   The first 5 months of this year are down 2% from the first 5 months of last year.    Properties in escrow are up 8% from last month and also up 8% from May of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were up 5% from April and down 7% from May of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 28% in April  over March and up 6% from April of last year.   The first 4 months of this year are up 3% from the first 4 months of last year.    Properties in escrow are up 17% from last month and up 2% from March of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 4% from March and down 9% from March of last year.
