CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF OCTOBER 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down  11% in September over August and down 5% from September of last year.   The first 8 months of this year are up 9% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow are up 9% from last month and up 35 % from September of 2014. 

   Active listings on the market were down 2% from August and down 1% from September of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF SEPTEMBER 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down  22% in August  over July  but up 13% from August of last year.   The first 8 months of this year are up 10% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow were down 8% from last month but up 16% from August of 2014. 

   Active listings on the market were down 1% from July  and down 6% from August of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF AUGUST 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 25% in July over June  and up 32% from July of last year!!   The first7 months of this year are up 11% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow are down 13 % from last month but up 20% from July of 2014. 

   Active listings on the market are up 3% from June  and down 1% from July of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 1% in June over May  and up 10% from June of last year.   The first 6 months of this year are up 5% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow are up 4% from last month and  up 29% !! from June of 2014. 

   Active listings on the market were down 4% from May and down 11% from June of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 1% in May over April and up 6% from May of last year.   The first 5 months of this year are up 4% in sales over last year. 

   Properties in escrow are up 2% from last month and  up 29% !! from May of 2014. 

   Active listings on the market were up 4% from April and down 3% from May of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 29% in April over March and up 3%  from April  of last year.   The first 4 months of this year were up 4% in sales for the same time frame last year.   Properties in escrow are up 2% from last month and  up a whopping 34% from April of 2014.  Active listings on the market were up 6% from March and up 4% from the same time last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 13% in March over February and down 3%  from March of last year.   The first 3  months of this year are up 1 % in sales for the same time frame last year.   Properties in escrow are up 14% from last month and  up 25% from March of 2014.  Active listings on the market were  up 9% from February and down 3% from the same time last year.
