NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS , Year End- as of January 1st - 
Sales of all North County real estate types were up 14% in December from November and up 10% over December of last year. Closed escrows for the year of 2017 are up 7% over 2016. Properties in escrow are down 17% from last month and down 18% from December of last year. 
Active listings on the market were down 10 % from November and up 3% from December of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of November 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 5% in October from September  and up 2%  over October of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  10 months of this year are up 10% over the 1st 10 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 21% from last month and down  45% from October of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were down 4 % from September and down  4 % from October of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of October 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 4% in September over August and down 23%  over September of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  9 months of this year are up 9% over the 1st 9 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are up 11% from last month and up 5% from September of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  up 1/10 of 1 % from August and up 15 % from September of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of September 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up 8% in August  over July and down 9%  over August of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  8 months of this year are up 11% over the 1st 8 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 3% from last month and down 41% from August of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  down 3% from July and up 8 % from August of last year.

 as of August 1st - 

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 12% in July  over June and down 10%  over July of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  7 months of this year are up 13% over the 1st 7 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 20% from last month and down 45% from July  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were  up 3% from June and up 11% from July of last year.  

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - 7/1/17-

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 4% in June over May and down 8% over June of last year. Closed escrows for the 1st 6 months of this year are up 16% over the 1st 6 months of last year. Properties in escrow are down 1% from last month and down 29 % from June of last year.
Active listings on the market were up 6% from May and up 9% from June of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  up  23% in May  over April and up 15%  over May  of last year.     The first 5 months of this year were up 22% over the 1st 5 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are up 13 % from last month and down 19 % from May  of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 5 % from April  and up 2% from May of last year.
