CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF JUNE 1st, 2018- 

Sales of all North County real estate types were up  19% in May over April  and down 5%  from May l of last year.     The first 5 months of this year were down 5 % over the 1st 5 months of last year.   Properties in escrow are up 18 % from last month and up 11 % from May of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 5% from April and up 1% from May of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF MAY 1ST, 2018-

Sales of all North County real estate types were down 14% in April over March and up 1%  from April of last year.     The first 4 months of this year were down 5 % over the 1st 4  months of last year Properties in escrow are up 65 % from last month and down 10 % from April of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 4% from March and down 1% from April of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF APRIL 1ST, 2018

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 35% in March over February and down 9%  from March of last year.     The first 3  months of this year were down 3% over the 1st 3 months of last year Properties in escrow are down 5 % from last month and down 38 % from March of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 2% from February and up 19% from February of last year.  

CURRENT NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS AS OF MARCH 1ST, 2018

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down  17% in February over January and down 2%  over February of last year.     The first 2 months of this year are down 3% over the 1st 2 months of last year Properties in escrow are down 29 % from last month and down 45 % from February of last year. 

   Active listings on the market are up 4% from January and up 19% from February of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 14 % in January  from December and down 2 %  from January of last year.   

   Properties in escrow are up 19% from last month and up 1% from January of 2017. 

   Active listings on the market were up 3% from January  and down 1% from January of last year.

Sales of all North County real estate types were up 14% in December from November and up 10% over December of last year. Closed escrows for the year of 2017 are up 7% over 2016. Properties in escrow are down 17% from last month and down 18% from December of last year. 
Active listings on the market were down 10 % from November and up 3% from December of last year.

NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS - as of November 1st

Sales of all North County real estate types were  down 5% in October from September  and up 2%  over October of last year.     Closed escrows for the 1st  10 months of this year are up 10% over the 1st 10 months of last year.  Properties in escrow are down 21% from last month and down  45% from October of last year. 

   Active listings on the market were down 4 % from September and down  4 % from October of last year.
